PALE MALE AND LOLA ARE IN RESIDENCE!
I wrote sometime ago about Pale Male and Lola, two beautiful red tailed hawks that had set up residence on a Manhattan apartment building overlooking Central Park in New York City. You remember they attracted world wide attention when the nest was torn down and then rebuilt as a result of public opinion. There was some concern they would not return but THEY ARE BACK AND performing their aerial dances (bonding and courting displays). What a beautiful sight!
